My new Thunderbolt Monitor had major issues and the tech guys at MacHQ were relentless in solving the problem. Sam began by running extensive diagnostics on my new MacBook Pro and determined that the computer was not the cause of my problems. Tim picked up and worked on the monitor and literally replaced EVERY part in it until he found the issue to be a faulty cable that was permanently plugged into the back of the monitor. Brian Keefe, my sales rep, was diligent in orchestrating the entire process and even made two personal trips to my home to pick up and deliver my monitor and re-hook everything up for me. I can't say enough good things about MacHQ. Everyone I come in contact with is courteous, helpful, patient and very willing to please. They are AWESOME!

So far my computer seems to be completely restored AND all of my data is still on my computer. I am very happy with the professional abilities of MAC HQ. I have already recommended MAC HQ to a co-worker. Initially, the Apple Store at West County Mall told me that my hard drive was the problem and all of my data was lost. MAC HQ proved this was not the case by replacing my logic board with all of my data in tact. Next time I will go to MAC HQ first for any repairs.

The representative was calm reassuring and positive that help was to be found for her sad lap top. It has been working fine ever since. They even found things wrong that we did not know about and some that we did and fixed them reasonably. We are very pleased and told them so repeatedly!!!!! Thank you.

Comment: A little surprised when tech called and told me on phone they didn't find a problem but replaced the track pad anyway. In fact the track pad had gotten to point it was useless most of the time and I had to resort to a mouse.

Comment: Yes I would like to thank [xxxx xxxx]? for his professionalism and his expertise in Apple computers. He was able to save the files I had on my hard drive (when the hard drive was broken). His help was crucial in salvaging military documents photos and other info from my computer. He was very calm and clear as he explained the process he would be using. He was very logical with his approach as well. I appreciate the work he did in saving and backing up my stuff in installing a more up to date OS then demonstrating it all to me. I hope he gets kudos for his skills and ability to explain things to the customer. It is rare to have both abilities. Thanks again.
