The representative was calm reassuring and positive that help was to be found for her sad lap top. It has been working fine ever since. His help was crucial in salvaging military documents photos and other info from my computer. He was very calm and clear as he explained the process he would be using. He was very logical with his approach as well. I appreciate the work he did in saving and backing up my stuff in installing a more up to date OS then demonstrating it all to me.
