"When my Mac Book Pro stopped working it was a pretty emotional time.  I am a student and use my Mac nearly every day! Obviously the price to fix it was not a great thing, even worse was the estimated time which apple care estimated as “more than a week”.  I took it into MacHQ and they were super knowledgeable and explained a few options, then they told me it would take about 5 days.  In less than 24 hours they called to let me know my computer was ready!  Seriously, they were amazing.  The communication was wonderful as well!  I have, and will continue to recommend apple HQ!"

I just wanted to drop off my iMac since I was going out of town the next day. They had the nerve to tell me to take it with me on my trip and go to an Apple Store there. Oh my, I was ready to get rid of all my apple products and switch to Microsoft that day! Fortunately my nephew told me about this other authorized apple service center.
